The risk of a new crisis erupting on the Korean Peninsula over the next twelve months is growing. North Korea continues to develop nuclear and missile capabilities and could engage in further provocative actions in order to seek sanctions relief. The internal situation in North Korea could also deteriorate and become a source of instability. Please join us to discuss a recent Contingency Planning Memorandum Update that assesses these risks and what preventive steps U.S. policymakers can take.
